Final Phase of Millbrook’s 17 Springs Project Almost Complete

MILLBROOK, Ala. (WSFA) – The second and final phase of the 17 Springs project is almost complete, putting the multiuse sports complex in Millbrook on track for a ribbon-cutting in February 2025.
