Project Highlights
This development is a new campus for the City of Auburn’s Environmental Services, Fleet Services, and Public Works departments. Located on a 63-acre lot along Wire Road, the new campus will consist of a masonry office building, 2 pre-engineered metal buildings, a wash building, and 3 pole barns. It will total approximately 27,000 SF of new office space and 60,000 Sf of warehouse space. The site will consist of 500,000 SF of concrete paving, 2 permanent retention ponds, and a fueling station.
